We strongly believe that to have a learning disability is not to have barriers
in life; it is the person that matters; not the disability. You can do anything
you want or need to do; just maybe with some support. Every single person is different
in their own ways and individualism should be treasured. We aim to provide support
and care in a manner that is tailored to the very individualism that makes you
unique. This is what we call 'Person Centred Planning'; which then helps to create
an agreed 'Personal Support Plan'
We are highly experienced and skilful in working with various client groups that
can present challenging and complex behaviour. We pride ourselves upon being able
to successfully work with and support those very people in order to achieve positive
outcomes in every aspect of their lives.
We are passionate that in order for us to support you on your individual journey,
we must be guided by you. It is then for us to use our knowledge, expertise and
skills to support you in reaching where you want to go. |
